Refund Policy

This policy explains how to return products purchased from Mythion and under what conditions refunds are provided. We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
If you purchased online, you have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] or +44 161 496 0347 with your order details.
To receive a full refund under the cooling-off period, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is faulty.
Opened or used products
If you have opened or used the product, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a shop), we may not accept the return under the cooling-off rules.
Faulty products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had the item. Contact us with a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs.
Kitchen appliances — installation
For kitchen appliances that are installed or connected (e.g. plumbed-in or hard-wired units), returns under the 14-day cooling-off period are only possible if the appliance has not been installed or used. Once installed or connected, the cooling-off right may no longer apply; faulty goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
The air fryer and similar plug-in countertop appliances on our site can be returned under the cooling-off period if unused and in original packaging, provided they have not been operated beyond reasonable inspection.
How to return an item
- Contact us to obtain a returns authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Include your name, order reference, and reason for return.
- Send the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. If you paid cash on delivery, we will arrange an alternative refund method.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of products that have been deliberately damaged, modified, or used in a way that goes beyond normal inspection, except where statutory rights apply for faulty goods.
