Mythion delivers home electronics and appliances to addresses across England. This page explains our delivery options, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
Delivery area
We currently ship to England only. We do not deliver to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man at this time. If you are unsure whether your postcode is covered, contact us before ordering.
Delivery options and costs

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order processing
After you submit an order or callback request, our team will contact you by phone to confirm your delivery address, chosen delivery option, and payment method. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information by email or SMS to the contact details you provided. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Receiving your delivery
Please inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, note this with the courier before signing. For large appliances, ensure there is clear access to your delivery location. Someone aged 18 or over should be present to receive the delivery.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
