Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Mythion ("we", "us") through mythion.top. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Mythion, Unit 3, Riverside Trade Park, 14 Commercial Road, Manchester M1 2JW, England. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +44 161 496 0347.

Mythion is an independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer of products sold on this website unless explicitly stated.

2. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for information. We aim to ensure accuracy but minor variations may occur. The price shown on the product page at the time of your order applies. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.

3. Placing an order

When you submit the order form with your name and phone number, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by phone or email, including delivery details and total price. We reserve the right to refuse orders where products are unavailable or where we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and — in selected areas of England — card or cash on delivery. Payment is due as agreed during order confirmation. We do not add hidden charges after you have agreed the total price.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days; express delivery 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £50.00. Full details are in our Shipping Information.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty goods may be returned in accordance with those laws. See our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods that are unused and in original packaging. Returns of opened, used, or installed kitchen appliances are subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before returning any item.

8. Limitation of liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is explained in our Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
